Leicestershire-based Fosse Meadows are a traditional free-range poultry farm that are passionate about producing 81 day slow grown chickens to exceptionally high ethical standards. Their chickens are grown 2 weeks longer than organic standards for greater flavour and texture. Fosse free-range cockerels are raised to the same standards as their chickens, but slow grown for a further 6-8 weeks for generous meat, delicious rich flavour, great texture and good fat marbling of the meat.
