Prospective buyers also value the complimentary concierge and chauffeur service: “We have used the chauffeur service several times already and it has been incredibly helpful,” Angie says. “But perhaps the icing on the cake is the provision of maintenance services available to residents. We no longer have to search for a reliable plumber or electrician in the hope that we find someone reliable and trustworthy. Now we only have to ask, and help is at hand!”
